We handle all property oversight on your behalf, including bookings, guest communications, maintenance, and routine inspections. You don’t need to micromanage—we’re already doing it.

You’ll always be able to reserve your own unit, with priority access during peak seasons. Personal stays are simple to arrange—we just ask for advance notice to avoid conflicts.

Rental income is tracked and issued monthly, with clear breakdowns of bookings, service fees, and performance. Your statements will always be up to date and easy to access.

We’re on-site and responsive. If there’s a maintenance concern, repair need, or something feels off, file a request directly through the owner portal—we track it until it’s resolved.

We want to hear from you—but we also want to streamline communication so nothing gets lost. All formal questions and concerns should be submitted through the portal so they’re seen and handled efficiently.

You can reserve your home through the Owner Booking Request form in the portal. Just submit your desired dates—ideally with at least two weeks’ notice—and we’ll confirm availability and block them off the calendar.

The rental calendar is available under the “My Property” tab. There, you’ll see confirmed bookings, pending reservations, and any dates you’ve blocked for personal use.

Rental revenue is distributed on a monthly basis. You’ll receive a statement with a breakdown of earnings and any applicable service fees. Payouts are typically processed during the first week of each month.

You can submit a maintenance request directly through the portal. For urgent issues, contact our on-site Property Coordinator—contact info is listed on your dashboard.

Yes, owners may refer guests to stay in their unit. We ask that you notify the team in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in and extend the same level of care we offer to all guests.
